One of our potential customers to read our post on Cloud Computing and returned to us with some questions about Virtual Dedicated Hosting (yes, a new term for Cloud Computing, referring only to the hosting server). With their permission I am reproducing some questions as below with the hope that the same questions will help alleviate indecision of our other potential customers:

Meaning # 1 error: EC2 lack of persistent storage. You can create a customized virtual machine image running on EC2, but any data or changes since the image is lost when he began terminates.Termination may be caused by a stop or a software failure at any center data. Incorrect Meaning # 5: If an instance goes "poof" on us and left, the reconstruction should be fast enough.

Solution: Using images (AMI) of your case and the EBS volume for data persistence, Elastic IP, you should be able to return your body lost in virtually no time. This will be a bummer if it happens, but it can be re-built before your blood pressure soars beyond.
